Foggy conditions @ LTN/EGGW needing a CAT III Auto Land. Even though the captain (left side) has control at the end - the autopilot disconnects (3 loud noises on landing) and captain activates reversers and stops the aircraft. First Officer flew the approach - I occupied the jumpseat for landing.

00:05.. PIC to SIC.. "get your hands out the Throttle, the airplane is mine"..was funny…jeeheeheh
If It was a woman in the right seat, the Captain would have said: - "Hey lovely lady, would you mind if I take the control of the throttle."

That captain got a nasty attitude. If he would've done that to me....

Your absolutely right. Often Captains and First officers discuss strategies before landing in conditions such as these and most likely the captain would have said to the first officer, I will have to grab the throttles off you quickly.. Although it is polite to verbally take command of the controls, landing within minimums with a potential go around, you have to be on those throttles in a second, especially if it is at a short strip.

Captain at 00:06: "fuck off! I want to do the landing! You did two already! Now its my time!"
0:15 is the autopilot disengage alarm?
Stop this bullshit, it's their company SOP, that there should be only head lifting by the captain, and no communication during this phase!! so there is no CRM issues, ever heard of a SOP?
