Here in the states, many people make a lot of money by keeping drugs illegal. Private run and public jails stay full, police departments get new cars, weapons and other toys, judges get to stay in power. It's all a bullshit scam.

Thumbs up to the Public who helped block the guy in.

@timpovikings 'Decriminalising drug use may indeed have a statistical impact' Haha, this from mister 'Because stopping the 'war on drugs' will reduce the problem, right? LMAO!' You couldnt make this up. You are actually the worst person to ever try and pose an argument on youtube. Your argument has more holes than a cheese-grater.

@timpovikings Dont try and change your argument. Your just going to have to admit the War on Drugs (which IS prohibition you total moron) has failed and prohibition is anything but moral and you are wrong to defend it. Sending people to prison for addiction is moronic, it doesnt solve the problem and its a massive waste of taxpayer money, while pushing the issue underground. If i'm wrong provide sources. You've continually spouted false supposition without anything to back it up.

@timpovikings Oh dear oh dear, your back and you still havent posted your sources, you should know to always back up a statement with evidence, basic requirement to form a debate. 'You want to stop making criminals of drug dealers, do you?' Woops someone STILL hasnt grasped it yet, for the millionth time: stopping the war on drugs = decriminalisation. Seriously, do you struggle at school? If you think prohibition is reducing all forms of harm caused by drugs, BACK IT UP WITH EVIDENCE.

@timpovikings And thus, the debate ends as it began - in farce. Congratulations, the worst troll of the year award is presented to 'timpovikings' for his attempt at joining in intellectual debate on a subject he knows nothing about, thus revealing himself as the 12 year old he is. Life's too short son. Get out, read a book, get educated, then come back here and tell us all why drug prohibition has been such a success (with due reference to sources). I wont hold my breath. Nighty night!

@timpovikings Thats an incredibly weak statement. Drinking kills 25000 people in the UK a year and smoking a similar number. Hundreds die on our roads every year. By your logic, we should make both illegal so we dont 'send out the wrong message'. Education is key to prevention. Still waiting on that evidence son... but all i'm getting is poor attempts at trolling.

@timpovikings 'Legislate to 'okay' a "business" which turns healthy people into fucked up zombies who have to be cared for and cleaned up after... blah blah' I said decriminalise the market and take state control. Nothing about starting businesses. 'Don't come on these threads drunk again, mate. You're embarrassing yourself.' Come up with evidence that prohibition has reduced all forms of harm through drugs in a cost effective manner rather than childish comments and I'll agree with you.

@timpovikings 'going back underground with a cheaper product for addicts' You can get cheaper than free? Again your missing the point entierly (bit of a trend for you?). 'if you think the UK legal and medical heads would go for this....dream on.' Both the former head of the ACMD, the highly respected British medical journal 'The Lancet' and the chairman of the Bar Council have all advocated for the government decriminalise drug use.

@timpovikings 'Because if we remove prohibition, dealers will turn legit, become pillars of the community and submit honest tax returns, is that it?' This is pretty shakey heresay on your behalf, I dont know what the dealers would do but I do know they wont have a business left because they would be cut out of the market. 'You staying on Earth long, or just passing through?' How 'bout you come up with some evidence to show the success of prohibition rather than making childish comment?
