Thirty eight years after the shocking assault and murder of a 16 year old honor student, with her killers about to walk free due to prison overcrowding, her niece steps bravely forward to speak out against the injustice, surrounded in an emotional display of support by the children of the slain girl's friends and classmates; a second generation of young people, whose lives were forever changed by this appalling tragedy. The goal: to convince Governor Andrew Cuomo (NY) to "say something" to the parole board, and recommend that they reverse their horrendous decision, to put the unremorseful child murderers back on the streets of their small community.
