[Mugen Tutorial] How to resize low res Select Screens for Winmugen Plus

(Tutorial starts @ 02:23) This tutorial shows you how to make a low resolution select screen bigger for Winmugen Plus. Although both the regular mugen as well as the high resolution hack are outdated, There still seems to be lack of tutorials on tackling this issue which is why I made this.
