Making omelets on my "second series" Griswold "ERIE" cast iron pan (made between 1886 to 1892), as per instructions of Julia Child in her 1971 French Chef TV series. As you can see, a well-seasoned quality vintage cast iron skillet can be as non-sticking as any modern-day Teflon cookware, and it lasts generations.
