Pancerote se kod nas još zovu i piroške. Prave se od kiselog testa, i prže se u ulju, ili peku u rerni. Panzerotti su italijanskog porekla. Najčešće se pune sa pizza nadevom, sačinjenim od šunke, sira, paradajza i origana.

40 gr kvasca
2 kašičice šećera
250 ml mleka
200 ml vode
100ml ulja + 2 kašike
600 gr brašna, plus po potrebi da se umesi glatko testo
