食材:5~6人份
五花肉470G
豆腐320G
油豆腐100G

香料
(1)生薑:一小塊
(1)蒜頭:3瓣
(2)八角:2粒
(2)肉桂:2片
(2)乾辣椒5根

調味:
水:3杯
醬油:5大匙
米酒:1大匙
糖:0.5大匙

做法:
1:食材切好備用
2:電鍋鋪烘焙紙加一匙油按下開關,先放香料(1)炒一會再放香料(2)
3:炒出香味後放五花肉煎至兩面微焦
4:取出與調味拌勻,外鍋加1杯水至開關跳起悶20分
5:再放豆腐與油豆腐用一杯水燉煮至跳起悶20分就完成了

家庭版可用炒鍋爆香再用電鍋燉煮
油豆腐也可以自己炸,只要將油燒製高溫大火炸至金黃即可!
