This is my entry for the Arthritis Society's Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month Video Contest.

My name is Nikolas and I'm 18 years old. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis when I was 22 months old. I have it in my left hand and wrist, both knees and both ankles. I hold two active part-time jobs, volunteer regularly, and maintain a high academic standing. Even with all of my doctor appointments, and the constant need to remember medications daily, I've been able to overcome many of the obstacles I've been faced with throughout my life. This is a video that shows a small clip of my life and I hope you enjoy it. A lot of hard work went into this video, thank you for taking the time to watch and learn about Juvenile Arthritis. Children can get this disease, too!

Also, this year I am participating in the Walk to Fight Arthritis. If you'd like to help me reach my $500 fundraising goal for my walk, you can head over to my donation page here: http://arthritis.akaraisin.com/8EECB8...

Thanks for watching, please don't hesitate to share via Twitter, Facebook, etc! Spread the word and help raise awareness about Juvenile Arthritis!
