This is a little project I've been working on for the past two weeks or so, where I've attempted to recreate the official NES version of Tetris in LBP 2. I'm almost finished, but I'm still working on a few things (developing the menu, working on the scoring system, cleaning things up visually, etc.), so I haven't published the level yet. I'll upload a video when it's available for you to play. I'll also be publishing a 'behind-the-scenes' video where I (attempt to :P) explain how all this comes together.
Once I get the Move Pack, I'll replace all the material on the blocks with Sticker Panel, as Hologram is too intense and inconsistent when it comes to its brightness.
The little 'alignment' glitch I mention in the video is a little complicated. Basically, each of the 4 blocks per tetromino have a fair bit of logic on them (for line clearance and line shifting once they're locked into place). Multiply that logic by 200 or so and the thermo fills up fast, making the game slow down. The movers on each piece are activated for one frame to move them along the grid (as per this video: http://youtu.be/pprtsFtQ8ik). When the game's already slow, it can't visually represent this mover being activated so frequently in such a short time frame, so it 'guesses' where the piece is going to be. The piece is technically still aligned in the game; it just looks like it's off the grid on your screen.
