Trouble shooting the Honeywell "S86" (slang) Module.

Honeywell has made many advancements in the number of mudules it can replace. This application was pretty cut and dry. The only thing different was the terminal for the sparker. The kit included a special plug just for that reason. Go Honeywell!

Ok so, First we checked 'across' the presure switch, making sure it's closed.

Then check power to the module.

Check for 24v on terminal P/V. (pilot)

If you have power to pv and it's not sparking, check
- Ground
- Cracked boot or wire
- For corrosion

If all that looks good, try to arc it yourself at the module.

Nothing? Then it's time for to replace it!
