Karsten Neuhoff is the Co-Chair of the Working Group on Governance and Policy Aspects of Climate Change at the Dahrendorf Symposium 2013. Karsten leads the Department of Climate Policy at the DIW Berlin. Previously, Karsten led projects on the future of the UK power system and renewable integration and technology policy at the University of Cambridge. 'Changing the European debate: Focus on Climate Change. Dahrendorf Symposium 2013' is a joint initiative of the Hertie School, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Stiftung Mercator.
