70g Tofu
2 tbs. oil
160ml water
100g gluten powder
spices:
1/2 tsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp.caraway
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
1/4 tsp. guar gum
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
Curry Sause:
200g ketchup
2-3tsp. Curry
1tsp. pepper
1tbs. soy sauce
60ml water
