http://www.tvrepairinfo.com/ This is a case history for an RCA LCD TV repair case history. Model # 39LB45RQ
The main board number on this TV was E12080182-2A01192. V.1
If you order this EEPROM from Shop Jimmy it's important that you have the same main board numbers which are found on the sticker which is on the main board.

I have the same tv as you did repairs on but I have a different problem for some reason my buttons on the side of tv will not work for this tv. I don't have the original remote can I reset it internally? Please email me at Fernando.magallanes@hampeloil.com thank you for the help.

Thank you for your answer I already did menu 1147 the display comes out but do not go exactly to the place to apply it? I saw your video and it worked for me but when they changed the eeprom and then I turned on the television I got the image backwards. Thank you

Maybe they are programmed to wipe themselves after a given number of days or cycles. I don't believe that but if it was ever found to be true that would turn the electronics marked upside down for ever.

Thank you for this video! It helped me fix an RCA TV via EEPROM swap. I have a RCA LED24C45RQ that my mother was using as a PC monitor and it died...same exact symptoms. I bought a new EEPROM and swapped it out, and now it works just fine. Maybe RCA used a bad manufacturer/batch of EEPROMS on these series of TVs. The replacement EEPROM I got is a different manufacturer, so hopefully she can get another 6 years out of that TV. I'm posting this here so it will show up on Google searching for other people via part or model numbers. This is the EEPROM I bought from ShopJimmy (Mainboard #: 24RE010C851LNA0-A1): https://www.ebay.com/itm/RCA-LED24C45RQ-2504-LE24C45-A1-24RE010C851LNA0-A1-Main-Board-U16-EEPROM-ONLY/253055569189?hash=item3aeb498d25:g:8VUAAOSw9ZNZjJKk http://www.shopjimmy.com/rca-24re010c851lna0-a1-main-board-for-led24c45rq-sn-2504-le24c45-a1-loc-u16-eeprom-only.htm
