Pretty much all i had all day was protein shakes mixed with other foods like berries, bananas and olive oil. Make sure you Have your Carbs in the morning so you have energy for the day. So at night to make sure you don't turn that energy into extra fat on your body, instead of having protein with carbs have protein with fat. NEVER MIX CARBS WITH FAT.
