In her talk Leila takes the audience through her creative journey on how she guided ordinary children to perform extra ordinary things that changed their lives and that of their communities. She passionately brought awareness how our country has left out a segment of our youth population who are the emancipated foster care youth. We don't have dreams for them, but imagine their potential if we did. Parents2Partners.org

Leila Kubesch passionately shares how she taught her students to set their sight big and the results were astounding year after year. She explains the principals of achieving big dreams and how we could pass it on to invest in our youth.

She founded Parents 2 Partners to empower vulnerable family members to achieve success for their children, thrive and give back. Through her work, she discovered that many emancipated foster care youth not only don’t get a chance to dream, but the system makes none for them. Many end up as homeless unprepared for a bleak future.

Recently she won the Fuel Cincinnati Grant to help emancipated foster care youth spend a week-long camping to be inspired, mentored and instilled with hope.
