...and now, for something completely different: Philosophy!
Motor racing is a sport I've loved ever since I first started playing with little toy cars as a toddler. This passion has and always will follow me through my life, and I truly feel that it is the one thing I will never, ever grow tired of. I have tried to put these feelings into words, set to a maximum attack lap around Bridgehampton in the Toyota along with yet another sweet audio track from Philter.
I hope you'll enjoy it, and possibly even feel inspired to step away from your computer and do whatever it is that makes you feel the same way I do about racing. Passion is what drives us, pushes us to do our absolute best, and defines who we are as people.
This lap is the culmination of four years worth of applying myself to the Redline GTP mod for NASCAR Racing 2003 season. It's not 100% perfect, and I kept on trying for a while after setting this lap before accepting it as my fastest, but it still stands as an example to me of what is possible when you put a good dose of willpower into something.
