HeLa C1 cells either mock or HTT siRNA treated were imaged by live-cell spinning-disk microscopy after ligand addition. Interestingly, huntingtin depletion led to a significant reduction (~45%) in ER-to-Golgi transport, suggesting a kinetic delay rather than a complete block of cargo transfer from the ER to the Golgi.
