Have you ever started a work out routine? Committed to making it a normal part of your lifestyle, only to stop doing it within two or three weeks? I know the feeling. Over the past year I've started and restarted my fitness plan at least one hundred times, if not a thousand.
In this video I'm sharing the two things I am going to do to start doing to help me stay committed to getting fit and staying fit, not for a week, not for a month, but hopefully a lifetime.
Those two things include developing accountability relationships and committing to exercising no matter what (that means sometimes because of my schedule I'm doing my workout at nine-thirty at night).
