The Howell Interact Club of Howell, MI sponsored a glow run 5k to raise funds for the Torch 180, a non profit organization that hires people with autism spectrum disorder and other cognitive thinking impairments and teaches them to cook. The Torch is a non profit foundation that drives a food truck to neighborhoods and feeds those in need for free. Sarah Ruddle and Rhonda Callahan founded both organizations.
