God that title is a mouthful. But really the only way to properly describe it as I'm not sure what its correct title is. Sorry about the length of this video, but I go over a few different things including grips, how to do a cat eye isolation, and then variations on that and doing that bouncing type of isolation Brecken does that we all love so very much.

One thing I forgot to mention is that these are all much easier done with a light, thin hoop. So unless you have some crazy muscles this isn't going to be easily done with 1" irrigation tubing to say the least. Definitely works great with polypro, But my hoops are just generic Walmart hoops minus the water, so some kind of really low psi tubing probably... ANYWAY I hope this helps anyone trying to learn! Please let me know if it helped/didn't help/you need any clarification/help/encouragement/want more tutorials! Because I enjoyed making this one and would love to make more! Good luck!

P.S I apologize for rambling a lot. I know I end up losing my train of thought and going into things I wasn't planning on showing. I think the best way to learn this and use this video is to probably do things along with me, and consulting a mirror either after or during so you can get a visualization of what you're doing.
