This project was created for the study course "Computeranimation and -visualization", one of the major courses of my studies. The task was to realise a complete chessmatch of the chess pros Kramnik and Kasparow in 3D and to show the chessmen fight like in the movie Harry Potter or the Amiga game Battle Chess.
My group and me decided to take easy to model LEGO-figures. The research was a real masterpiece - all the LEGO figures, crests, weapons, shields and trees etc. are really available in the LEGO sortiment.
Unfortunalty not all movement manoeuvres were realised, but nonetheless the best grade (1.0) was achieved for the seven minute animation.
