In December, 2016, SF AppWorks took a team to London to compete in the TechCrunch Disrupt Hackathon. 700 hackers worked for 24 hours to build working prototypes, which they presented to a panel of esteemed judges. We captured the entire experience on video, from the initial planning session, to the company brainstorm, the stage pitches, and of course, the big announcement.

The best thing about Hackathons is that they allow us to play with emerging technologies in a constructive and productive way. Some of our clients have taken advantage of this, engaging our team to brainstorm products and rapidly prototype Progressive Web Apps, Chat Bots, and AI (Augmented Intelligence) integrations. If you know somebody who is curious about how new technologies could give their business a competitive edge, send them our way - we would love to share our hard-earned experience.
