Tojiro ITK 270 mm Bread Knife

The Tojiro ITK 270mm Bread Knife is a wondrous tool for any cook home or pro. We refer to it at work as "The best bread knife in the world" for good reason. Like a laser beam It slices through all breads crusty and soft like they're not even there. I find a lot of other fun uses for it as well. Melons are skinned with ease while tomatoes are dispatched as well. Works great on sausages and other meats both tough and tender too.
