Too many haters 160lb Dumbbells for fucks sake.
Good strength, although I wouldnt do this exercise with weights that you cant do at least 4 reps without a spotter helping you, otherwise you're just asking to damage your joints. I do 90lb dumbbells for 8 reps
Not a shoulder press, more of an inclined chest press. Also, you say not a body builder, body builders don't do this shit, body builders focus on lighter weights more reps, this is more akin to some bad form power lifting.

We all know you hatin' because you will never achieve such a feat, shit like this pisses weak dudes off. As far as bodybuilders not doing this.......Just go to Ronnie Coleman's channel and watch him press them same bitches for 6 reps! He said "man...that was heavy!!" Stop hatin dude, your pure weakness is showing.
Very very strong man but weight you can barely move can f up your back and joints. I hurt myself with much lighter weights but the idea is the same.
