The Breakfast Club is a 1985 teen film widely considered a definitive work in the genre. Written and directed by John Hughes, The Breakfast Club storyline follows five teenagers (each representing a different clique in high school) as they spend a Saturday in detention together and come to realize that they are all deeper than their respective stereotypes.

Just watched the movie, a really powerful one! It made me think about the person i want to be when I get older. I strongly recommend my fellow teenagers to watch it.

Eh, that's my struggle. I'm still in the process of "finding myself"... The only thing I really know is that I want to be surrounded by people that I deeply trust and love, luckily I'm already are and I hope it stays the same. Apart from that I don't know anything yet :/

Thank god i watched the movie before seeing trailer. Trailer makes it to be just a high school comedy and it is much more. Made a grown man cry

Like it's harder for grown men to cry
Manahari Dahal
Exactly, it was a straight give away.

They literally made a movie based around the most dreaded, boring school experiences in existence. And they managed to not only make it into a full length film, but a great one at that! My hat goes off to you, John Hughes! R.I.P

Imagine if the Breakfast club was made in 2016 and kids were more attached to their cellphone than each other ?

This is probably the top teen movie, ironic how it's only done in 1 setting without much props. John Hughes is such a genius.
