On 09/22/2011 a number of NASA scientists gave presentations on LENR ("cold fusion") at a LENR workshop held at NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH. This is one of 4 presentations given that day. This is only the slide show portion, which was obtained as the result of a Freedom of Information Act request. Accompanying audio or video is not available. This is the presentation given by NASA engineer Michael A. Nelson, who has been employed by the organization for 30 years.
While the other presentations given at NASA Glenn in September of 2011 mention Rossi and the e-Cat, Mr. Nelson's discusses Rossi's work and its background in somewhat more detail. Of note, Nelson's comments regarding Rossi are not a validation of Rossi's claims but do paint Rossi's work in the broader, 20 year history of LENR research.
