Is the FCC Supports Discrimination in SMS. There has been a great deal of debate over net neutrality. But the issue of SMS neutrality has been left out of the discussion. Are SMS messages services transmitting communications from one point to another, or are text messages services that store and relay data? SMS be regulated as common carriers (title II) who may not discriminate based on the content of the messages (like phone calls), or should telecommunication companies be free to regulate content? Let's talk.
