King Brand Support Tape is a Medical Grade Tape that has been designed for use during physical activity, work and in between other therapies such as ColdCure and BFST Wrap treatments.

Prior to using King Brand Support Tape, make sure that your skin is dry, clean and oil free. For application to support a Rotator Cuff Injury, prepare by taking one piece of support tape 10 inches in length and cut it 2/3 of the way down in the center to make a Y shape. Anchor the non-cut end 3/4 of the way towards your elbow, and place the tape up your arm. Once at the bottom of the shoulder area, take the arm of the Y and using as much stretch as necessary pull it up to follow the inside line of your shoulder, around the top. Take the opposite arm of the Y and pull it up. Make sure both ends overlap at the top of your shoulder with no stretch. Take a smaller 5 inch piece, or half of a precut strip and place it on top of the shoulder using 50% stretch. If the split Y piece of tape doesn't offer enough support, you can use 2 pieces of tape creating a Y by using the same pattern and technique as the Y split.

King Brand Support Tape can be worn during ColdCure Wrap Treatment without affecting the treatment. Support Tape can also be worn during the BFST Wrap treatment, however, the effectiveness of the BFST Wrap is slightly reduced by the tape.
