The TM technique is the single most important thing that women can add to their daily routine because it will make every aspect of life better. With TM you'll be happier, clearer, more creative and more fulfilled in yourself as a result.

"The first time I did an EEG demo I had the worst stage fright I'd ever had probably because it's not something you can fake. If you're really nervous reading a speech you can kind of fake it so people don't notice. You can't fake it if you start meditating and it doesn't work. Everyone would know. So I got up on stage, I was sitting there, my heart rate was way up and my palms were sweating and I was probably shaking a little bit. Then I was told to close my eyes and start TM and it worked instantly! All of a sudden I was having deep experiences of the transcendent and apparently the brain waves matched it."

Transcendental Meditation® for Women is the organization offering the wide range of benefits of the Transcendental Meditation® program to women for their health, happiness and fulfillment in life. It is the only Transcendental Meditation (TM) organization run exclusively by women, for women.
