This session provides practical advice on writing efficient JavaFX applications, specifically to help application developers get the most performance out of their applications. It shows several examples of things you should do in your applications and things to avoid in areas such as image loading, transformations, animation, effects, and blending. It also shows you how to use profiling tools in your applications to help you understand the performance bottlenecks and identify the trouble spots.
