The Philadelphia Police Department is looking for the whereabouts of the suspect who struck a 22 year-old female in University City.

The incident occurred on October 10, 2013, at 7:30 pm, while the complainant was riding her bicycle east on the 3800 block of spruce Street when she suddenly falls from her bicycle. As the complainant is attempting to stand up, she is struck by a vehicle traveling west on Spruce Street which leaves the scene causing severe head injuries leaving the complainant critically injured. Vehicle Description: Dark colored four (4) door sedan with a light colored plate on the front possible out of state or a vanity plate. Vehicle may have possibly damage to the left front fender and or bumper.
