This series of videos concerns itself with the historical situation of the Republic of China (ROC) from 1937 to 1952. During this period of time, most countries of the world recognized it as the sole legitimate government of China.

In our previous video, we offered abundant analysis to show that Taiwan has never been incorporated into the national territory of the Republic of China.

Hence we are forced to conclude that when the ROC moved its central government to Taiwan in mid-December 1949, it became a government in exile.
