sweet, I always know I can come to Youtube for "simple" cooking techniques.  time to peel some membrane!

Thank You, good tips and yes you have to remove the membrane, I have used needle nose pliers to remove pieces if it tears. Where did you get those ribs???? I can never find them are they loin back?
