Today is day 74 @ #FuerzaHernandez and yesterday we had a graffiti artist who had done a piece for Brother Ali drop by and throw some beautiful art on the wall.

The mural must have took a little over 30+ hours.

This morning we received a call from our lawyer. He claimed to have spoken with the sheriffs department early this morning. Lawyer told us that sheriff just spoke of the Bankruptcy stay being lifted. Sheriff said there was no stay in place any longer and that they would continue the eviction.

So the family went to meet with the lawyer today. As they met with him he called the sheriff department.

Sheriff then spoke about how Friday is the day that they are coming. I guess this is there fair warning.

They did bring up that they have contacted both Bank of New York Mellon (servicer for #FortHernandez)and Deutsche Bank (the servicer for #FortLucero) and pleaded to them to settle with the family's as oppose to forcing them to evict.

Banks refuse to help homeowners, and we refuse to give into the corporupt state we currently live in.

We want all to feel encouraged to drop by and check out this beautiful mural that has been laid upon these pieces of plywood.

Art is not a crime. Resisting fraudulent fraudclosures, against the court system who has failed to recognize them for what they are is not a crime.

We are currently working on a legal defense strategy here @ #FuerzaHernandez, but as of now, according to the sheriff department Friday will be the day that they are coming. La lucha sigue, La fuerza vive!!!!
