This year I literally put my foot in my mouth .. and it is delicious. Meatloaf fashioned as a foot aka Feetloaf is super delicious and stuffed with eggs.

Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!

I lb (500 gms) lean ground Beef

1/2 Onion

4 cloves Garlic

1 tsp each Cumin, Chilli & Garam Masala

1 Egg

1 beaten Egg

4 boiled and peeled eggs

¼ cup Coriander

Onion for nails

Cow bone (optional)

1.5 tsps Salt

Condensed soup can 384 ml

Water 384 ml

Hot sauce

Process the Onion and Garlic

Add the ground beef, spices, salt & egg

Add the coriander and process again

Remove and chill the meat for best results

In an oven proof dish, put down three boiled eggs

Just shave the boiled egg a little bit so it has a flat edge to stand on

Remove ½ the meat and cover the eggs making an oblong shape

Take ¼ of the mixture and form the toe area

Make a hole in the heel area and insert the 4th egg

Using a butter knife smooth out the surface and sculpt the toes

Take the last ¼ of the meat mixture and cover the exposed egg in the heel to form an ankle

Using an onion layer, carve out the toe nails

Using a beaten egg cover the toes with egg wash and insert the toes cut out on onions

This is optional, but using a beef bone would look more realistic and creepy, pour some egg to secure the bone and insert it in the heel

Push the ankle meat right around the bone

Brush the foot with egg wash for a smooth finish

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hr

Prepare the blood by heating together the condensed soup and water

Add salt and hot sauce

When the foot s out of the over, cover in sauce
