Now that the new Passion Pit album Manners has hit the shelves, we're proud to present some of our home video footage of the PS22 Chorus's day in the studio with Passion Pit. This was recorded by Miss Lisa on January 16, 2009 , a pretty amazing day for all concerned. And the results speak for themselves on the CD. The kids sing on 3 tracks on Manners including the The Reeling (first single off the new album), Little Secrets (soon to be a single as well), and one of the album's sorta ballad, Let Your Love Grow Tall. We're very proud of our involvement.

What can I say? It was a fantastic day. The kids were greeted by very talented and extremely cool drummer / person, Nate Donmoyer and friend Paul, at the door of Gigantic Studios in Manhattan and he brought us in to meet lead singer and the band's songwriter Michael Angelakos, producer Chris Zane, and a few of their friends who wanted to be a part of the experience. From there, magic was made.

In this segment:

1) The kids are at first a little taken aback by my passing the reigns to Michael for this song. Kinda sweet actually..... They got over it quick once they realized they were in excellent hands!

2) Vocal calisthenics with Michael Angelakos!

3) million degrees, and the kids are THIRSTY!)

4) Mr. B gets a brilliant idea.....

5) Mrs. Johnson gums up the works.
