Recently I've been inspired by all of these extreme fitness challenges that are becoming more and more popular. In particular the "Tough Mudder," which is an intense physical challenge based off of training from the British Special Forces. It's not all about strength and mental toughness, but also about building camaraderie. You really get after it and everyone supports each other.
