This video shows two months of growth in our recycled two liter bottle hydroponic system inside a greenhouse at 6650 feet elevation from May 7th, 2011 through June 28th 2011. These are hydroponically grown heirloom tomatoes and pepper plants. They were planted indoors using cups in mid April and moved into the systems on May 1st.
You can see the nutrient reservoir talk to you as it fills the two liter bottles and then drains. Also notice the bottles water levels as they cycle. Our alternative growing methods are design to grow vegetables using limited water and recycled materials. We show you how to grow your own food in extreme mountain conditions or your backyard with economics in mind.
