Mugen #193: Cavernous Blizzard

Day 2 of the dolls. Halfway there.
This is also the last of the originals; Noembelu and Juni were done by others in different styles.

Marz was I believe the third doll 2 released. Again, for being toted as "CvS", it's overly stiff, powered, and the laser doesn't even work right. It can go through legs and completely miss. What? Her voice is basically Juni's, right down to the same voice when she summons Bison. That brings me to another point. Why do these dolls still have Juni/Juli's moves? At least this one uses in-character attacks, but dammit, it's done just fully wrong.

Remember in #173, I mentioned an alternative to Sdot_Thadon's Kazuya? Well, this is it. Firstly, it's custom sprited from scratch, AND hires! The sprites are actually pretty well done, just some upgrades in the shading department is all that's really left. He's actually kinda balanced, only having a level 1 (QCFx2+P) and a level 3 Devil Kazuya super (QCBx2+P). The latter does huge damage, but it IS a level 3. His QCB+K is great for catching high blocking opponents off guard. QCF+K is the same as running K, but doesn't need a running start. My only gripe? CLSNs. Everything has priorities. Otherwise, it's damn good.
