People ask me all the time what I eat when I am on a road trip or out of town. My answer? I plan ahead and pack this Antioxidant Trail Mix! Kids love this trail mix too--pack it for a school lunch or in the car on vacation.

1 c. almonds
1 c. pecans
1 c. dried apple slices
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dark chocolate chips (unsweetened)
1 tsp. sea salt, sprinkled
1 tsp. cinnamon, sprinkled

1. Combine and mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
