How to Unlock the Secret Ending
To unlock the secret ending (shown above) all you have to do is complete the Loyalty Missions for every Homie.
Find these missions in the Quests tab. Each quest listed with "Loyalty -- " in the title must be finished, and the ending will appear before (and during!) the credits.

Girls Night Out -- Shaundi Loyalty Mission
Pump Up the Volume -- Pierce Loyalty Mission
King of the Dance -- Ben King Loyalty Mission
Training Day -- Asha Loyalty Mission
SR3 Wrap-up -- Johnny Gat Loyalty Mission
The Girl Who Beat Cyrus -- Kinzie Kensington Loyalty Mission
