This IR video shows that the evaporation rate of water from a saltwater container is smaller than that from a freshwater container. This is deduced from the weakening of the evaporative cooling effect in the saltwater container. When both containers were moved, the thermal marks they left behind also show the weaker cooling effect on the surface of the table on which the containers were put.
This is known as vapor pressure lowering, an effect observed above the ocean surface.
