Breath deep through this beginner friendly, gentle yoga for flexibility focusing on a hip opening sequence. Allow yourself to let go of the tension and stress that no longer serves you. This sequence is great for runners and beginners too!

They say your hips are the emotional junk drawers of the body. Emotions or experiences that you're mind doesn't know how to process tend to get stored in the hips. So let's clean house!
