IN my OPINION, Temple Terrace PD Officer W. Cooper and HCSO Dep. James Glover commit a Class 3 Felony by Falsifying a document that has been Notarized. Officer Cooper also submits documents where he falsely testifies that he observed Ms. Hernandez for the required 20 min. observation period per Ch. 11D-8.007(c). This video is disturbing and this is a perfect example why I am calling for statewide/nationwide mandatory videotaping policy of all Subject Breath Test and all Agency Inspections. Please don't Drink and Drive, it's dangerous and it's impossible to prove your innocence when you have law enforcement officers like officer W. Cooper and Dep. Glover falsify Notarized documents and give false testimony and commit perjury. UPDATE: Former HCSO Dep. Glover admitted in court yesterday to committing a Felony in the 3rd degree. The ironic thing is the former Dep. Glover is now 'Detective' Glover in the Internal Affairs Department for Hillsborough County Sheriff Office. Stay tuned for the rest of the story...
