Ryan The Husky my first thought! For me, this isn't suicide-provoking, it's just gothic AF
Willy García
It'll be like this. Sarah has a haunting voice in this song and sings as Amy would do.

+nothing, nothing and nothing Hi, i seen it the original hungarian version with corect english lyrics and there is the sad story of the song writer too , the titel is : The Gloomy Sunday as The Hungarian Suicide Song and was upload it by: Eva Vas the clip is from a HU/DE film .
Jordan Le Blanc
very hard to sing those lyrics in rhyme with rhythm in melody to the composition of the song. the lyrics she sings are from american translation of the writer Sam H lewis 1935. the lrycis Zotharr refers to, un translated that is, was written by Lazlo Javor. the other English interpretation translation to this song that was written 1936 and sang by paul Robertson written by UK writer Desmond Carter. Desmon lyrics to me are much more melancholy

i don't see why people are scared of death when the time comes i will welcome it honestly i can't wait for an eternal rest away from the cares and concern of this noisy miserable ugly world sounds more peaceful than anything but don't take this out of context i am not suicidal just not scared of death i look forward to it in a way

I think this is the 'real version.' It just took a long time to find the right soul and voice for it.

joy clark nah this is real far from the real version! Hungarian music has soul, you don't listen to it, you feel it, understand it with your heart. This version is a piece of shit, comparing to the original, and I feel sorry for you people who doesn't understand Hungarian.
it works, snapped my own neck after listening. 10/10 would reccomend

So Beautiful!!! When I first heard this was listening to Angelina Jordan and every time I hear her sing it tears would flow from my eyes, my wife said what is it about that song? I just found out today it was called the Hungarian suicide song and now that i see and hear the lyrics and I read the story it haunts me somehow. I am an old soul and have been on this earth a very very long time.
