In this video James met with Giuseppe Benanti, owner of Benanti, to taste a range of wines at his estate just outside of Catania, Sicily. Although a series of wines made from international varieties are produced at Benanti, they focus on Etna's autochthonous varieties nerello mascalese, nerello capuccio and the white grape carricante.
