SvR Techniques and Tutorials, starring Kelly Calvin, presents:

How to Increase Your Stats in Career Mode (Part 1)

Kelly Calvin is a fictional character. I have been creating her since 2000 on every game that had a decent character creator. Her name and appearance is completely made up. Anyone's resemblance to her in name, appearance, or manner of any kind, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

There are many ways to increase each attribute, but this video shows you one exact way to do it.

I have tested each method described, and everything works well. The video explains one exact way, so if you only wanted to raise a certain attribute only, you can.

Note that I did not discuss grapple moves. Why? Because they are variables, just like Hardcore.

In SvR, each move is categorized. For example, a powerbomb is "strength (STR)," a spinning head scissor is "speed (SPD)," and a takedown is "technical (TEC)." In previous games, the categories were shown. In SvR09, the categories are hidden.

Depending on your moveset, you will raise different attributes.

So when people claim that strong grapples increase their strength, speed, or whatever, they're right. It's all in the moves. My grapples increase my technique, as I have more technical moves.
