jesus thats not good and id imagine there over 400 quid so you would expect it to work
hmmm was the fault happening before you updated?
Firmware upgrade?
Jeremy Case
Mine is doing the same thing sort of. Will power all my stuff up, play a track and try to use echo - cuts audio off. Sometimes power cycling the RMX will fix it.....I'm running 1.20 (came with 1.16 but didn't use it with that loaded 1.20 as soon as I took it out of box)
Jeremy Case
Did you ever get this resolved?
Ivan Beukelaers
i have SAME problem , new out the box
Of course there is something wrong with this unit, and of course that is a waranty isue.. just complain and you will most likely get a new one...
Aaron Elliott
cant say for sure man, i updated it about an hour after i got it cos it was shipped with 1 .16
Aaron Elliott
i hope its just a firmware issue, i updated it to 1.20 as soon as i got it so i cant say if an earlier firmware worked fine, though ive tried reinstalling 1.20 again and im getting a e30 error message, ill need to have a look and see how to uninstall 1.20 first :/
Aaron Elliott
i never did get it resolved :/ like you i just power on/off a few times until it goes away, you should leave a comment on the pioneer forums so they know others are having problems aswell, ill leave the link, the rmx section is near the bottom of the page forums.pioneerdj. com/home
