Contains (possible) nightmare fuel. Coming right out of the golden age of PIFs is this little gem, in sparkling high-definition like you've never seen before. These series of films have become something of a cult amongst public information film fans (and their YouTube connoisseurs) across the globe... and you will understand why if you haven't yet watched them already.

Including one of the most well-known catchphrases in PIF history – "JIMMYYYYYYYYY!" – this 11-minute film was sponsored by the Electricity Council, showing children narrowly avoiding coming into contact with overhead power lines, as well as conveying the disastrous consequences of flying kites near pylons and not keeping out of substations... which is of course having tens of thousands of volts blasted through your entire body causing it to combust into flames!

This version is the full-length version, shown in schools across Britain in the 70s on 16mm format for projection. But yet here it is, nearly 40 years later – in the greatest quality ever seen – right here on YouTube!

Make a hot drink, turn off all your lights, sit back, relax and enjoy this lovely little gem... as I give you this gift in all its beautiful HD glory, from me to you!
