Daniel Gilleon of Mitchell | Gilleon Law Firm San Diego appears on XETV-TV regarding allegations that an Oceanside police officer was drunk driving and the DUI was covered up. The cover up led to a possible wrongful termination. Sgt Norton reportedly told officer Garcia to destroy tapes indicated he was driving intoxicated. Garcia is challenging the termination claiming that he was fired because he failed to destroy the incriminating tapes. Allegations include the fact that Police Chief McCoy ordered the tapes be destroyed.
